Operation

The system is easily installed on a server in the network and is available as a web application with any standard web browser.

Supported VoIP hardware

  • snom VoIP phones 190, 300, 320, 360, 370
  • The usage of rs//phones requires no special telephone system (PBX)

Server system requirements

  • PC 1 Ghz or more recommended, 50 MB of disk space, 256 MB of RAM, network interface
  • Supported operating systems: Linux (Debian, Ubuntu, Suse, RedHat), Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Mac OS X, other operating systems with Java 1.5 support
  • Java runtime version 1.5 or newer
  • An internet connection for activation of the software is recommended. The activation can be done manually without an internet connection otherwise.

Client-side requirements

  • Network connection to the rs//phones server
  • Compatible web browser (IE 6.0/7.0, Firefox, Mozilla, Safari)
